Tri-Village High School

Tri-Village High School is a public high school in New Madison, Ohio, the only one in the district. It has existed as a high school for nearly one hundred years. Previously known only as New Madison High School, it changed its name to reflect the adjoined schools in Hollansburg, Palestine and New Madison, hence Tri-Village. Because of community support for the school, recently it has been renovated and added on to, becoming one of the finest schools in Ohio. The school is housed all on one campus.

Famous quotes containing the words high and/or school:

    What’s brave, what’s noble,
Let’s do’t after the high Roman fashion,
And make death proud to take us.
    William Shakespeare (1564–1616)

When we were at school we were taught to sing the songs of the Europeans. How many of us were taught the songs of the Wanyamwezi or of the Wahehe? Many of us have learnt to dance the rumba, or the cha cha, to rock and roll and to twist and even to dance the waltz and foxtrot. But how many of us can dance, or have even heard of the gombe sugu, the mangala, nyang’umumi, kiduo, or lele mama?
    Julius K. Nyerere (b. 1922)
