Trader Corporation is a Canadian print and online publisher. The company was formed in June 2006 with the integration of Classified Media (Canada) Holdings Inc. (Trader Canada) and Trader Media Corporation (TMC). The two companies were acquired by Yellow Media Inc. that same year.

On March 25, 2011, Yellow Media announced that it had reached a definitive agreement to sell Trader Corporation (“Trader”) to funds advised by Apax Partners for a purchase price consideration of $745M. and the sale was completed on July 28, 2011 at a final price of $708M.

Trader Corporation currently publishes approximately 21 publications and 5 web sites specializing in the automotive vertical. Approximately 2 out of every 5 Canandians consult a Trader publication or web site each year and its network of websites attracts over 3.3 million unique visitors per month.

The business goal of Trader Corporation is to establish a national trading and advertising platform for customers providing a "one-stop-shop" for buyers and sellers in the automotive marketplace.
