Tipparti - Villages

Villages

There are 21 villages are there in this mandal. Those are: A.Duppala Palle, Cheruvu Palle, Dacharam, Gaddikondaram, Ganganapalem, Indloor, Indugula, Jangamreddi Gudem, Kankanala Palle, Keshrajpalle, Khajiramaram, Madugula Palle, Mamidala, Pajjur, Rajupeta, Sarvaram, Suraram, Thanderpalle, Thipparthi, Erragadda Gudem, godavari gudem, and yellamma gudem.

Although the village plays a key role in district politics, the people and the village have been neglected by all political parties. Attempts were never made to improve the status and amenities in the Govt. Primary & Secondary Schools present in the village. Post SSC, students would have to join the colleges either in Nalgonda or in Miryalaguda as there is/are no intermediate/degree collage(s) to pursue further.

Famous quotes containing the word villages:

It’s like a jumble of huts in a jungle somewhere. I don’t understand how you can live there. It’s really, completely dead. Walk along the street, there’s nothing moving. I’ve lived in small Spanish fishing villages which were literally sunny all day long everyday of the week, but they weren’t as boring as Los Angeles.
    Truman Capote (1924–1984)

Glorious, stirring sight! The poetry of motion! The real way to travel! The only way to travel! Here today—in next week tomorrow! Villages skipped, towns and cities jumped—always somebody else’s horizons! O bliss! O poop- poop! O my! O my!
    Kenneth Grahame (1859–1932)

Before the birth of the New Woman the country was not an intellectual desert, as she is apt to suppose. There were teachers of the highest grade, and libraries, and countless circles in our towns and villages of scholarly, leisurely folk, who loved books, and music, and Nature, and lived much apart with them. The mad craze for money, which clutches at our souls to-day as la grippe does at our bodies, was hardly known then.
    Rebecca Harding Davis (1831–1910)
