Major General Timothy Joseph "Tim" McOwan AO DSC CSM is a senior officer in the Australian Army. He served as Special Operations Commander Australia from February 2008 until January 2011, and is currently posted as Australian Defence Attaché and Head Australian Defence Staff in Washington D.C..
