Athletics
Henderson International's athletic department is led by Mike Ostrowski. In the 2009-2010 school year the Wolverines softball team placed first at the 1a State Championships as well as the Southern Nevada Regional Championships. The varsity baseball team was 2nd in the Southern Nevada regionals and 3rd all around in the 1a State Championship Tournament.
The school is also the base for the Findlay Prep basketball team, which has won the National High School Championships two years running.
The Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League use The Henderson International School as their practice facility.
