Priorities
CQL works with public and private organizations with a commitment to improving the quality of services and supports provided to people with disabilities and people with mental illness. CQL’s goals are to:
- Develop and implement person-directed quality measures, performance indicators, and evaluation methods
- Conduct an international accreditation program
- Provide consultation and education to build individual and organizational capacity
- Conduct research and disseminate information to enhance policy making
- Provide access to information, innovation, and emerging ideas in quality of life
