Texas State Highway 67

State Highway 67 or SH 67 is a Texas state highway that runs between Breckenridge and Graham. The route was originally designated by 1926 along renumbered portions of SH 22, SH 18, and SH 2, extending from Graham to Breckenridge, then southeast from Breckenridge, reaching the southern end of Waco. In 1945 the section from Breckenridge to Waco was transferred to SH 6.

Famous quotes containing the words texas and/or state:

Texas is a state of mind. Texas is an obsession. Above all, Texas is a nation in every sense of the word. And there’s an opening convey of generalities. A Texan outside of Texas is a foreigner.

In the most high and palmy state of Rome,
A little ere the mightiest Julius fell,
The graves stood tenantless and the sheeted dead
Did squeak and gibber in the Roman streets.
