Ace Hotel Conversion
The building is currently being completely restored and renovated to serve as a luxury boutique hotel called Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. It will feature 180 rooms, a pool, a restaurant and bar, as well as the restored United Artists Theatre. It is set to open in the Fall of 2013
