Tesla Arena

Tipsport Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Prague, Czech Republic, sponsored by gambling firm Tipsport. The arena opened in 1962 as Sportovní hala and has a seating capacity of 13,150 people for ice hockey games. For the hockey games it is used by HC Sparta Praha and HC Lev Praha teams. It also hosts various concerts and presentation.

Every year, it is the venue of a very prestigious synchronized skating competition.

The Ice Hockey World Championships have been held here, in whole or in part, in 1972, 1978, 1985, and 1992. The arena hosted the 1980 Davis Cup final, where Czechoslovakia defeated Italy.
