Symphony Nova Scotia has been recognized as a forward-thinking orchestra for their collaborations with popular and folk music artists. According to CBC Canada Live broadcaster Andrew Craig, “Symphony Nova Scotia simply proves that orchestras can evolve, and that there is no loss of artistic integrity in promoting the music of living composers, pop or otherwise.”
