-The music theme that plays in the Special Stages in the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version of Sonic 3D Blast is extremely similar to Level One's (Picknica) theme. Given Sonic 3D Blast was released later than Super Fantasy Zone, it's plausible that this was thrown in as an easter egg reference.
