- Inverness School (Grades K-8; Inverness)
- East Sunflower Elementary School (Grades K-6; Sunflower)
- James Rosser Elementary School (Grades K-5; Moorhead)
- Ruleville Elementary School (Grades K-5; Ruleville)
As a result of the 2012 merger with Drew School District, Drew Elementary School became a part of the district. Drew Hunter High School, the high school of the Drew School District, closed, with high school students rezoned to Ruleville Central.
