Concept art for an Animated rendition of Jetstorm was shown at BotCon 2008, revealing him to a blue-colored robot who transforms into a jet. He and his brother Jetfire are Autobot twins who have been fitted with technology scanned from Starscream while he was in Elite Guard captivity. He has the power to create powerful whirlwinds in both robot and jet modes. He has the ability to combine with Jetfire, forming the left half in their Safeguard mode. Both he and Jetfire are the youngest members of the Elite Guard of all time.
