Steven F. Gaughan
Steven Francis Gaughan (July 14, 1964 - June 21, 2005) was an American police officer from Prince George's County, Maryland, assigned to the Beltsville District, Special Assignment Team of the Prince George's County Police Department. He was killed by Robert M. Billett following a traffic stop.
