Star Wars Infinities: A New Hope is a 2002 three-part story arc in the Star Wars Infinities series of comic books. It is an extended alternate ending of the 1977 film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope in which Luke Skywalker's proton torpedoes fail to destroy the Death Star.
