St. Stanislaus High School - Ex-students Association

Ex-students Association

The St. Stanislaus Ex-students Association was started by Fr. Joseph Casasayas SJ in 1936. It is a not-for-profit organization aimed at assisting alumni (ex-students and ex-staff members) to network and to support activities that can help the school.

The Ex-students Association along with Parishioners and the students, took up the hurculean task of beautifying the wall which lead to Bazar road. The success of this project is evident even today as you walk down the road. The walls of the school compound facing this road have been adorned with educational murals.

Famous quotes containing the word association:

It is not merely the likeness which is precious ... but the association and the sense of nearness involved in the thing ... the fact of the very shadow of the person lying there fixed forever! It is the very sanctification of portraits I think—and it is not at all monstrous in me to say ... that I would rather have such a memorial of one I dearly loved, than the noblest Artist’s work ever produced.
    Elizabeth Barrett Browning (1806–1861)
