Location
St. Agnes is located on West End Avenue at West 87th Street, one block from the subway stop at 86th Street and Broadway. In addition, the M-86 cross-town bus stops directly across the street from the school, providing convenient access for students on the East Side. Students from all five boroughs are enrolled at St. Agnes.
The original high school building was located on East 44th Street between Lexington & 3rd Avenue, directly behind St. Agnes Church on 43rd Street
