Southeast Asian Airlines (SEAir), Inc., operating as SEAir, is an airline based in Pampanga, Philippines, operating domestic flights out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila. Its other hubs are Godofredo P. Ramos Airport, Malay, Aklan and Clark International Airport (formerly Diosdado Macapagal International Airport), Angeles.
