Smart TV Broadcasting Ltd is a registered company (584 9825) in UK and began transmissions on 16 May 2007, on Sky channel 851. Later this was extended to digital terrestrial TV on Freeview channel 22. Sky changed the channel to 869 in July 2008 and 863 in July 2012.

Smart Live Casino offer Live Casino games consisting of live-dealer roulette, live-dealer blackjack, live-dealer baccarat, as well as two different limit air-powered auto roulettes. Aside from these they also house slot games, sportsbook, poke and bingo on their website. Outside of normal presenter-led broadcast times, a fully automatic air-powered roulette wheel — sealed under a glass dome — appears on the TV channel and web site.

A second channel showing a "High Roller" Auto wheel 24-hours-a-day called Casino TV was launched on Sky channel 870 on 7 July 2008. In October, Smart TV Broadcasting began using Channel 870 to show a live dealer blackjack service. In mid-2009, the televised blackjack service ceased, and became an online-only game.

Smart Live Casino and its croupiers are licensed by the Gambling Commission . In September 2009, Smart Live Casino terminated a number of partners causing industry concern.
