SM Bicutan is located at the corner of Doña Soledad Avenue and West Service Road (beside Exit 14, Bicutan Exit) in Barangay Don Bosco, Bicutan, Parañaque City.
The main entrances are at least part of the time guarded by armed security personnel who politely inspect the bags of all who enter. The vast majority of shoppers are Filipinos from the surrounding communities and visiting Caucasians can be greeted by curious - but not unfriendly - stares.
