Climate
As with the rest of the British Isles, Skegness experiences a maritime climate with cool summers and mild winters. Temperature extremes since 1960 have ranged from 32.4 °C (90.3 °F) In August 1990, down to −10 °C (14.0 °F) in January 1963. The lowest temperature recorded in recent years was −8 °C (17.6 °F) during December 2010.
