Stanley co-wrote Bret Michaels's autobiography Roses & Thorns for Simon & Schuster due for release Feb 1, 2014. His father, Lee's autobiography "Faith in the Land of Make-Believe" released March 2011 as well with Zondervan Publishing based on the family and their years dealing with juvenile inmates imprisoned in Los Angeles County, which Lee dedicated over twenty-five years to.
