Commissioners
The Commission is Chaired by Professor Alan Miller (who was appointed by a vote of the Scottish Parliament). There are also three part time Commissioners:
- Professor Kay Hampton
- Shelagh McCall
- Matt Smith OBE.
A previous Commissioner, John McNeill, was named as the new Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland on 17 August 2009.
