Scott G. Brown

Scott G. Brown Ph.D. is a scholar of Christian Origins, who teaches at the Department for the Study of Religion at the University of Toronto. Born Scott Gregory Brown in 1966, he has written the first Ph.D-dissertation about the Secret Gospel of Mark (1999), which he believes is genuine. He has also written articles in the Journal of Biblical Literature, Catholic Biblical Quarterly, Revue Biblique, and Biblical Archaeology Review.
