Puri was capped three times by the Estonia national under-21 football team before making his Estonia national team debut on 30 May 2008 against Latvia in a Baltic Cup 2008. He scored his first national team goal on 22 November 2008, in a 1–1 draw against Lithuania in a Mayors Cup match.
