Stage Name
Alex Blanc & Safeway Goya were in fact brothers. The pen name "Safeway Goya" was taken from the Safeway grocery store and the famous Spanish painter, Francisco Goya to reflect both his American and Spanish sides. Prior to their taking those stage names they were Alex and Fred de Rafols. The brothers were of Spanish descent.
