DVD Releases
Universal Studios Home Entertainment released the first season of Royal Pains in Region 1 on May 25, 2010, and released it in Region 4 on August 25, 2010. Season Two was released in Region 1 on May 17, 2011. A DVD was released on January 3, 2012 containing the first 10 episodes of the third season. Episodes are also available on iTunes.
