Royal Kids' Convent or Royal Kids' Higher Secondary School is a coeducational 10+2 ICSE board school, founded on 29 June 1984, and situated in the district town Rajnandgaon in Chhattisgarh, state of India. It is affiliated to the CISCE board in New Delhi.
The school has a large playground, a basketball court, a volleyball court and a badminton court. There are also indoor games such as table-tennis, carrom and chess. Thus far, the school has introduced an impressive number of state and national players.
There are many classrooms, well furnished and well decorated. There are also ""Educomp Smart classes"". The school has a large library with about 16,000 books, In addition, there are a physics lab, computer lab, biology lab and chemistry lab; all well equipped with modern technologies.
A seed grown by the founder Mr J B Singh has now grown into a beautiful tree stretching its branches to spread knowledge. The school opened its branch in a small village near the district, keeping in mind the motto PADHEGA INDIA TO BADHEGA INDIA.
The school's motto is Serve Thy Nation. There is a teaching staff of over 45 laborious teachers which works successfully under their Principal Ruby Sen. The school has had many successful achievements in various competition. Being the only ICSE school in the district it has established its name for its well fed education. The school has shown its consistent performance in every walk of growth prospectus including academics.
