Call Centres & Satellite Offices

Rogers uses all Canadian based call centres for their Rogers, Fido and Cityfone brand names, and some offshore call centres for the Chatr division. The Canadian centres are operated by the Rogers Shared Operations (RSO) division at various satellite locations. These locations not only serve as call centres, but may also serve as satellite management offices away from the head office in downtown Toronto. Listed below are the location of their offices:

  • Toronto, ON
  • Brampton, ON
  • Burnaby, BC
  • Calgary, AB
  • Kitchener, ON
  • Moncton, NB
  • Montreal, QC
  • Ottawa, ON
  • North York, ON
  • Pickering, ON
  • Richmond Hill, ON

Famous quotes containing the words call, centres, satellite and/or offices:

It has become necessary to call the attention of European governments to a fact which is apparently so insignificant that the governments seem not to notice it. The fact is this: an entire people is being annihilated. Where? In Europe. Are there witnesses? One witness, the entire world. Do the governments see it? No.
    Victor Hugo (1802–1885)

I perceive that in these woods the earliest settlements are, for various reasons, clustering about the lakes, but partly, I think, for the sake of the neighborhood as the oldest clearings. They are forest schools already established,—great centres of light.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

Books are the best things, well used; abused, among the worst. What is the right use? What is the one end, which all means go to effect? They are for nothing but to inspire. I had better never see a book, than to be warped by its attraction clean out of my own orbit, and made a satellite instead of a system.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

In a virtuous government, and more especially in times like these, public offices are, what the should be, burthens to those appointed to them which it would be wrong to decline, though foreseen to bring with them intense labor and great private loss.
    Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826)
