Robert "Rocky" Eugene Bernard, Jr. (born April 19, 1979 in Baytown, Texas) is an American football defensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas A&M.
