He married Mikaela Cojuangco in July 25, 1999 at the Sanctuario de San Antonio church in Makati City. They have 3 sons: Robert Vincent Anthony C. Jaworski and Rafael Joseph C. Jaworski and Renzo Mikael C. Jaworski. They are currently living in Pasig City in a multi-number village named Valle Verde.
Temporarily shying away from his political career, he has concentrated on business and other socio-civic works.
