Facilities
Ripponlea is located at the northern end of the Glen Eira Road level crossing, with station access from Glen Eira Road, Oak Grove and Morres Street.
The station consists of two side platforms; Platform 1 has a large weatherboard building, while platform 2 has a smaller weatherboard building. Myki ticket vending machines are located at the entrances to platform 1 and 2, which are able to dispense most ticketing options available, accepting notes, coins and cards.
There are both male and female toilets located on platform 1. These are locked when the station is unmanned. The female toilets are accessed via an internal room in the station building. This room appears to have had a partial but incomplete renovation.
