Schwartz is active in numerous charities, including The Robin Hood Foundation, United Jewish Appeal, and Amfar. He is an investor in Scott Sartiano’s nightclub 1Oak and a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild. Schwartz is a published writer whose work has appeared in such outlets as The Huffington Post, Grantland, The Washington Times, The Daily Beast and The Times of London. His writing often details his experiences in the film industry, as well as commentary on a variety of topics including sports, pop culture, marriage and religion. Schwartz has been dating actress Emmanuelle Chriqui since 2008.
