Animation
Besides his comics work, Hoberg has been active in animation since 1978, including doing production art/merchandise work for Lucasfilm's Star Wars films. He has worked as a storyman and animator for Hanna-Barbera, a director for Marvel Productions, and as a storyboard artist at DiC Entertainment and Mirage Studios. In 2001, he worked on the special effects of Universal's film The Mummy; and in 2003, he was a storyboard artist for the Weinstein Company film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (released in 2007).
