Rhonda Rompola is the head women's basketball coach at SMU. She has coached the Mustangs basketball program since 1991. In her first season, she posted a 17-12 record. SMU's first winning season since her last years as a player in 1983. Along with being SMU's all time leader in coaching wins in any sport, she is also honored with a honorable mention on the all-time Lady Monarch basketball team.
