Rhoda and her family are Filipinos. Her mom, Rosalie Pichay Viloria (related to former Philippine Representative Prospero Pichay), is Ilocana; and her dad, Eddie Montemayor, is Kapampangan. She has two siblings, her older actor sister Renee Montemayor and a younger sister, Rowena Montemayor.
