Requiem: Memento Mori - Learning Skills

Learning Skills

In Season 2, Skills are now learned through a new UI rather than through a NPC in town, this allows players to instantly gain skills and makes it easier to view skill trees in an organized view. The skills available to learn are shown with a + on the skill. The skill tree is divided into tiers depending on the level required to get the first level of skill.

Once a skill is leveled by clicking the + button, you cannot unlearn the skill. The next level skill is available every 3 levels rather than 5 allowing for higher level skills to be learned. There is no cost to learn new skills. Some skills have prerequisites which require you to learn a skill higher up on the tree before you can learn the next skill.

Famous quotes containing the words learning and/or skills:

While I do not think it was so intended I have always been of the opinion that this turned out to be much the best for me. I had no national experience. What I have ever been able to do has been the result of first learning how to do it. I am not gifted with intuition. I need not only hard work but experience to be ready to solve problems. The Presidents who have gone to Washington without first having held some national office have been at great disadvantage.
    Calvin Coolidge (1872–1933)

Play for young children is not recreation activity,... It is not leisure-time activity nor escape activity.... Play is thinking time for young children. It is language time. Problem-solving time. It is memory time, planning time, investigating time. It is organization-of-ideas time, when the young child uses his mind and body and his social skills and all his powers in response to the stimuli he has met.
James L. Hymes, Jr. (20th century)
