Owned by insurance company INSPAC, Rapatona finished 4th in their debut season of the semi-professional Papua New Guinea National Soccer League. 2009 was renamed to CMSS Rapatona Tigers, after the sold from South Korean company CMSS PNG Limited. In the season 2010/2011 was renamed to Moresby Casino Hotel FC and was declared to Regional Champions, by the association after withdrew.
