Personal Life
Ruppert was never married and has two children with his then partner Claire Maria Mata between 1990 and 1994 whose names are Maximilian Michael Mata, born on the 11th May 1991 and Felix Alexander Heinz Mata, born 24th January 1993. In 2012, Ruppert's father Heinz Ruppert died on the 18th April 2012, ten days after his 89th birthday in the hospital 'Krankenhaus Nordwest' in Frankfurt/Main, Germany after a short suffering from a stroke.
