2008-09 Basketball
After going 22 for 25 in the previous 2 years, the 2008-09 season PCHS's Boys Basketball team completed a 29-0 perfect season, was ranked #1 in Class 3A, won their first sectional in almost 10 years and their first regional in 26 years. They won their first Semi-State Championship in the same amount of time on March 21, 2009. Current Record: 29-0. On Saturday 28 March 2009 they defeated Rochester Community High School 81 to 79 in a double-overtime final in the 3A State Championship at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. This is Gibson County's first basketball title of either gender and third overall between Princeton and county rival Gibson Southern High School with their two softball titles. PCHS's 33-0 perfect streak came to an end on December 18, 2009 at the hands of Vincennes Lincoln in an 74-67 overtime loss to the Alices at Vincennes Lincoln's Alice Arena.
