Power Walking Worldwide
In Italy, power walking is called fitwalking. It is practiced at the Saluzzo Race Walking School which counts among its coaches the Olympic legend Maurizio Damilano, who uses race walking exercises to increase maximum power walking speed from 9 to 10.5 km/h.
