Port San Antonio - Town Center

Town Center

The Port San Antonio Town Center project is to be constructed on a 400 acres (1.6 km2) plot in the middle of the facility. It is intended to provide office space to businesses and to offer dining and retail opportunities for employees of the Port's tenants. It is also intended to include residential space. The area currently hosts a 1940s office building and an 80 acres (0.32 km2) area of existing bungalows used in the 1920s to house Air Force personnel. The properties will be working to incorporate the historic structures as part of Kelly Town Center.
