The Right Reverend Philip Pargeter (born 13 June 1933, in Wolverhampton), West Midlands (United Kingdom), is the Titular Bishop of Valentiniana, and a retired Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham.
