Pegasus (Battlestar Galactica) - Connection To Other Series Elements

Connection To Other Series Elements

In "Resurrection Ship", it is revealed that Pegasus raided several civilian ships for supplies and abandoned them to the Cylons. Some members of the Pegasus crew, including the deck chief, were conscripted from these ships. Also in "Resurrection Ship", two of the Pegasus crew members who brag in "Pegasus" about raping Gina subject the captive Helo and Tyrol to a blanket party.

Some of Battlestar Pegasus's backstory is presented in the television movie Battlestar Galactica: Razor:

  • Cain and Gina were lovers until the Cylon attack on the Twelve Colonies.
  • Cain executed her previous executive officer exactly as Fisk described.
  • The raids on the civilian ships are shown.

Famous quotes containing the words connection, series and/or elements:

... instinct is the direct connection with truth.
    Laurette Taylor (1887–1946)

The woman’s world ... is shown as a series of limited spaces, with the woman struggling to get free of them. The struggle is what the film is about; what is struggled against is the limited space itself. Consequently, to make its point, the film has to deny itself and suggest it was the struggle that was wrong, not the space.
    Jeanine Basinger (b. 1936)

English general and singular terms, identity, quantification, and the whole bag of ontological tricks may be correlated with elements of the native language in any of various mutually incompatible ways, each compatible with all possible linguistic data, and none preferable to another save as favored by a rationalization of the native language that is simple and natural to us.
Willard Van Orman Quine (b. 1908)
