Payam Khorasan Razavi F.C. (Persian: باشگاه فوتبال پيام خراسان‎) is an Iranian football club based in Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan. They currently are not competing in any football competition, last participated in the 2011–12 Iran Football's 2nd Division. The club formerly was more commonly known as Payam Mashhad as it was based in Mashhad from (1976-May 2011). Briefly the club was moved to Nishapur from (May–November 2011), however due to lack of support in Nishapur, the club moved back to Mashhad
