Ottawa South (fr. Ottawa-Sud) is a riding (provincial electoral district) in the Canadian province of Ontario, in the city of Ottawa. It is represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario by the Premier of Ontario, Dalton McGuinty.
The Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Ottawa South is Dalton McGuinty, a former lawyer, son of Dalton McGuinty, Sr., the Ottawa South MPP immediately before him, and brother of David McGuinty, the MP for the Federal riding of Ottawa South. He was first elected in 1990. He represents the Ontario Liberal Party. He is the Premier of Ontario.
