Athletics
Oak Bay has a large athletics program with its cross country and track and field serving as teams that the school identifies itself with. Oak Bay Secondary also hosts a rugby union team with a long running rivalry with St. Michaels University School. Oak Bay also has teams in soccer, basketball, volleyball, field hockey, badminton, tennis, cycling, sailing, and cricket.
