Retirement
During her AV and acting career Saejima also worked as a writer, a rock group vocalist, and a beauty counselor. After her retirement from public appearances in 2002 it was reported that she was working as an artist. In a sign of Saejima's international popularity, the Taiwan rock band, Goodbye!Nao! was named in tribute to her.
