Joint Ventures
Nanjing Auto has had at least two joint ventures with the Italian automaker Fiat. A 50/50 joint venture set up in 1999, but that collapsed sometime in 2007 and Naveco, a joint venture with Fiat's commercial vehicles unit, Iveco, established in 1996.
