Naif al-Sheikh is a spy and superhero in the DC universe.
The character, created by Joe Kelly and Doug Mahnke, first appeared in Justice League Elite #1 (September 2004).
Within the context of the stories, Naif al-Sheikh is a Saudi espionage expert recruited by Vera Black to oversee and coordinate the Justice League Elite. He is also acts as the group's liaison with world governments and ultimately the one that can, and does disband it.
